  1. There are otc sleeping pills, but they have the exact same ingredient as benadryl for allergies, which is often cheaper.  Melatonin is a hormone that helps with sleep and is found in most health-food stores--I've had a lot of good luck with it.  Also, chamomile tea can be very helpful, although I find that I have to have a couple of cups, which can cause a different reason for waking up!  Finally, I've found that self-hypnosis tapes or cds are absolutely awesome when I have insomnia.  They are found at any bookstore in the audio section.  Good luck!!

  2. lavender tea works great and try to relax

  3. i usually never recommend drugs, but i myself have insomnia, and i find Tylenol PM to be the most useful

  4. try 1.5 millagrams of melatonin. it really helps me

  5. I don't know if your body is ready for these types of drugs...so I would seek a parent for help. Otherwise, Simply Sleep by Tylenol works great. Although, I prefer alternative  medicines much better, after all your under Alternative Medicine...Take a nice warm/hot bath and try Sleepy Time Herbal Tea. It works wonders, it very, very relaxing and before you know it...Zzz.

All the over counter pills I've experienced, caused my legs to get restless and it's very bother-some.  Go natural it's safer.  Sweet Dreams.

  6. benadryl is usually safe and knocks you out with a 1 2 3

  7. try melatonin pills. melatonin is naturally produced in your body but if your body doesnt make enough of it then you can buy melatonin and it will make you sleep and have you wake up feeling great. i like it because its natural.
