For some reason I imagine that most support groups are for children/adults who have Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, not their parents.  It is, after all, a condition caused by the mom.

You can also try checking with your local department of health and welfare to see if they have any support programs in place.  If you live in a larger area there may be several.  If there aren't any in your area you can start one.
