Are there any parking lots near Chinatown in Portland that allow you to leave and come back with a daily rate?

I'm looking for a parking lot/garage near Old Town/Chinatown or northern downtown in Portland, Oregon that allows you to pay a daily parking rate but lets you leave and come back during that day without paying again. Know of one?

I cant think of any, but myself, I would park in SW and just ride the bus to the North part for free, as thats ALL in fareless Square.
