I dont live in Florida, but I have worked for plastic surgeons for over 9 years.  There is no such thing as a pediatric plastic surgeon.  You need to find a plastic surgeon who treats kids, but more importantly it depends on what kind of surgery needs to be done.  You can try calling your social worker for Medicaid to get a list of plastic surgeons who accept Medicaid.  I'm sure there are some in Florida, but more and more doctors are not taking Medicaid anymore because of how low the reimbursement rates are.  Medicaid can take a year to pay, and its extremely less than any other health insurance company.
