that would be a matter of personal opinion, would it not? No place is perfect for everyone and therefore, no place is perfect- it's all perception.

The answer to this depends on what the criteria for "perfect" is.

Among the items for discussion would be:

weather

cost of living

crime

racial breakdown

natural attributes

traffic

I'm sure that others can think of more categories that should be considered, then since each person puts a different priority on these things, each person should come up with a different "perfect" city for them.

For example -

Miami is diverse, has warm weather (with the threat of natural disasters), a lower cost of living than many other cities.

Seattle is diverse in a different way (fewer hispanic and black people, more asian), has cool and cloudy weather (with the threat of earthquakes), and a higher cost of living.

Both are near water, and have great natural beauty.  Which is "better"?  It depends on what you want!

Not a "perfect city anywhere but in Texas San Antonio ( north end) is nice and the views are great. You feel like your not in Texas.  I'm not living there right now but hope to one day.

i doubt it cause if humans themselves cant b perfect how can we expect an entire city 2 b perfect. but the city i liv n s pretty nice an s 1 of the safest cities n the us.
