  1. The actual work is very, very easy.  It's the studying and years of school that are difficult.

  2. From the US Bureau of Labor

Pharmacists must earn a Pharm.D. degree from an accredited college or school of pharmacy. The Pharm.D. degree has replaced the Bachelor of Pharmacy degree, which is no longer being awarded. To be admitted to a Pharm.D. program, an applicant must have completed at least 2 years of post secondary study, although most applicants have completed 3 or more years. Further training can include 1-year or 2-year residency programs or fellowships.

The job itself is easy. Getting there is the tough part. Nothing worth doing comes easy though.

  3. My uncle is a pharmacist. He usually works long hours on Mon-Thurs and then takes off Fri-Sun. He loves the job and it's nice to have a pharmacist in the family. The pay is good too so if money interests you then that's a bonus. :) But most importantly, be a pharmacist if that's what you want to do with your life. If you think that's what will make you happy then go for it!

  4. PHarmicists are unique in what they do.  Most of them stand on a higher plank and will watch to make sure you aren't stealing any toothpaste or bandaids.  You must have a good eye.  Do you also have a passion for wearing white and shutting down the store on holidays, even when I have to come by and buy bandaids and toothpaste.  Do they think I dont' need them on holidays?????
