Are there any places I can learn about real estate? ?

I live in Dallas and I am keen on learning about the Real Estate market as I believe it is an excellent avenue for financial opportunities.

I'd appreciate if anyone can give me some info!

I live over in Tarrant county and have been in real estate over 30 years.  I don't think a book or dvd will really teach you about real estate.  Go get a job working for someone that is a real estate investor.  You will learn a lot more and a lot faster with them.  I am not offering a job- just saying that is what you need to do.
