Have you never heard of MUSIC STORES?  most towns have them and I'm sure Philadelphia has MUSIC STORES... so why don't you visit a MUSIC STORE and talk to them because MUSIC STORES have MUSIC TEACHERS or at least have a list of local music teachers.
