Are there any places that I can shop online and have groceries delivered on base to my hubby's hotel in FL?

He is sick, and doesn't like to drink the tapwater there and lost his ATM card so he can't use the vending machines for the nice water and oj. Is there a grocery store online that I can pay to bring him groceries and water? They have to be able to get on base.

He doesn't have a car either, btw and the bank is a long ways away.
