  1. According to the federal child labor laws, no one under 16 can hold even a minimum wage paying job.  If your kid does get hired by someone, it will be illegal and the employer can be sent to prison, as well as being required to pay a fine.

  2. Nope they aren't allowed to hire you until 16, I think the law is meant to prevent forced child labor.

You pretty much have to stick to the other types of jobs for another 2 years.

You could check out Game Maker(or another programming language, Game Maker is a great one to help you easily get started programming while still being able to do powerful things) and try to get started writing computer games or something along those lines.  Then you can try to sell the games as well as having something that later looks impressive and could get you higher paying jobs and experience for the future.  Just a random suggestion(it's what I did).  link: http://www.yoyogames.com/make

  3. actually you can legally work at 14 as long as you have a work permit from school even in the summer. it's a form you can get from your guidance counselor or go down to your local city hall and ask where you can obtain one. if you're under 17 and still in school you can work to 7pm on school nights and until 9 i believe on weekends. most fast for places will hire you if you have a work permit

  4. I gues farm jobs, or maybe like a farm store or something like that
