Are there any pool tournaments in or around Champaign, Illinois?

maybe at UILLINOIS.....i think Champaign is where their college actually is.....i went to penn state and they had pool tournaments there all the time....if it was a school sponsored event, the money went to charity though....either that or if you were a student, then it was free to play some tournaments and you got a wii or cash from the school for winning

but what you are thinking of probably going to place money to win more money.....I think illinois has around as many students as us, so i think going to local bars around the campus may have tournaments....you just have to look around all of the different bars.....i know some people that have apartments in state college that go to school, live there in the summer....i would guess the same there for illinois....its the best i can say i guess....but in the fall i would guess you can find almost anything on a big college campus, whether you are a student or not

I'm not so sure about tournaments, but there's an APA league that runs out of Jupiter's and Jillians. Call 'em up and see if they have tournaments separate from that.
