  1. University of Toronto in Toronto, Ontario, Canada has a Masters of Industrial Relations and Human Resources Management. It is a 2 year program, with the option of a work term between the two years.

Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada has a similar program.

Many schools also offer a Management Science Masters program (MSCI). The MSCI departments are often part of the Engineering faculty - so that might fit well with your Computer Engineering background.

The University of Waterloo in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada has a program called the Masters of Business, Entrepreneurship and Technology (MBET).

  2. You can pursue a master's in organizational behavior, management, or project management. But if you are already planning to get an MBA, then you will probably see many management, organizational behavior and project management classes as part of your core curriculum or as electives. An MBA is not solely focused on finance. An MBA is a graduate degree that features courses in finance, management, marketing, information systems, accounting, HR or organizational behavior, management science, decision science, and more.
