YES there are some agents who could help you in getting one (Ration Card).

but they are expensive they may charge you anywhere from 2000 to 5000 for getting a new one.

by chance if you have a old one. approach the rationing office in your district. they will help you better.

if you don't have a ration card at all.

it is always better to approach you are self then agents (as there is a risk of cheating).  cost for the new ration card application is JUST Rs. 0.50 only. and they may ask you for required papers.

and they may help you in getting one cheaper then those agents.
