You can buy chessmaster 11. There are a lot of tutorials and stuff there that will teach you how to improve your skills. Also, there is an analytical machine. After you finish your game, you can analyse it.

While playing the game?  No.  That is illegal.

I have a program called "Maurice Ashley Teaches Chess" (he's a black GM and the first black to take the world title)

I also have Chessmaster 5500.  To tell you the truth, I have yet to play it, but I'm pretty sure you learn on it by playing games, you set the difficulty level.

If you're talking about continuing a recorded game, I'm not sure if I can help you there.

I would seriously consider checking out some strategy/tactics books.  I'm only 100 pages into my first book and I've seriously impoved my game!
