Use the firefox browser, rather than IE and there are quite a few different add-ons that you can install with FF 3.1 which will download YouTube videos among many types of videos they will download..... Save to your computer or desktop and then use your burner program (or the burner program included with WinXP if that is what you are using) to burn them to DVD.......

Rather than give a file add-on name, will let you choose among the many different ones offered thru Mozilla (of course they are free since part of Mozilla FireFox open source browsing).... Tools>>Add-ons>>browse the many hundreds of different add-ons you can get, many specifically for YouTube.....
