Are there any programs for special children in the Philippines?

Question

I have a brother who is a special child and is currently studying in a SpEd school. We want him to get involved in activities that help these children to interact with other people aside from school. Are there any national or international organizations for them? We are from Cebu City so please do not concentrate more about Manila "chapters" or however you call it. Thanks!

I don´t know but i think so... Go to the school and ask them, it is the best option.
