Are there any "Free Ringtones" that are actually free?

Every time I find a search result that says "Free", I find out there is a membership fee required. Does anyone know of any that don't require that membership? I only want a few ringtones, and don't want to have to subscribe to a service.

you can try recording the part of the song that you want in your phone just make sure your source is loud enough so you would have a better output.
