You mean videogames? X-Plane and FSX/FS9 are my top choices.

In world war one,   the flight instructors found that  men that had  a history of playing sport and hunting  were best able to adapt to  the skills needed to fly a plane and  shoot down another aircraft. ( ie rifle sighting skills)

so  play sport !
