Are there any real legitimate websites about federal grants??

I keep finding federal grant websites that want you to buy the manual for free grants.

Aren't there websites that just list the grants and let you apply online??

  1. no. the federal government does not give grants one on one.

    they give grants to organizations.  and thru those organizations you might get assistance.

    do not waste your money.

    that's why you can't find those websites - they don't exist.


  2. Why do you want the grants?  If it is for education just go to your college's financial aid department.

    I wouldn't recommend actually buying any manual for grants.  The majority of Americans don't qualify for these and it is usually a waste of money.
