Ive been a cab driver for 18 years and have never seen/heard of any restaurants allowing dogs in, other than guide dogs. Sorry.

No, it would be illegal in the UK for a restaurant to allow dogs.

Lived here for several years now and eat out a lot... never seen this anywhere.

Guide dogs etc may well be allowed in some places, but I very much doubt other dogs would be.... and I really don't really see why the size would make a difference.
