  1. Try the Hilton Mexico City Airport.

And Daniel, I don't know where in the US you live, but many truck stops and bars serve TG dinner.  Not everyone is blessed with being able or willing to dine with family on Thanksgiving Day.

I should think there are some communities of American expats who are holding TG in DF.

Happy Thanksgiving, by the way, all of you who are reading this.

  2. Thanksgiving is not celebrated in Mexico..

..but turkey is commonly served in the restaurants, maybe not with your tradditional stuffing and cranberrysauce.

However....it is most likely to find a formal turkey dinner during Chistmas...

Mexico serves Turkey dinners, ans Tamales for Christmas dinner.

  3. Yes. There are several places around town that do it. Look in the Miami Herald Mexico edition , found at newstands. You might even find out that one of the many American groups on the D.F. are sponsoring a dinner open to all Americans. Also the restaurants that serve Thanksgiving dinner usually announce in all the major newspapers so look in Excelsior, Reforma, etc. Even if you don't read Spanish the ads for Thanksgiving dinner are usually in English. Also call around to the major hotels; many of them have had Thanksgiving meals in the past.

  4. Try the major American Hotel chains in Mexico city. I'm sure they will serve something besides tacos and burritos on TG day.

If you are ever looking for a good Thanksgiving dinner here in the states, try Flying J fuel stops. They have large restaurant with buffet style meals and thanksgiving is no exception. Good eating.

  5. yes at any american hotel

  6. I doubt it since Thanksgiving is not celebrated in Mexico, with the exception of some border cities.

I've never heard of restaurants in the United States serving Thanksgiving dinner, mostly due to the fact that it's a recognized holiday and they're closed.

If they're not serving Thanksgiving dinner in restaurants in the U.S., they're not serving them in any restaurant outside the U.S.
