im asking cause i dont eat shrimp or seafood or rabbit and many have those in there jambalaya is there any restaurants in the usa that serves vegeatarian or vegan jambalaya

New Orleans is one of the most amazing cities on the planet. They do serve a ton of non-vegan food, but I bet you can find a place that makes jambalaya without meat or dairy. I always use happy cow for travel info. Here's a search for New Orleans places: http://www.happycow.net/north_america/us...

yeah, look on the menus under 'sides' and it's called RICE.

There is no such thing as vegan jambalaya.  Any  restaurant that would offer such a thing should have named the dish something else.
