I have yet to find a restaurant that doesn't have at least ONE vegan dish or something that can be veganized.

Gosh, there are so many! I mean, there are so many restaurants that are completely vegan, let alone vegan-friendly. Any vegetarian place will have vegan meals, and even places like P.F. Chang's and Taco Bell serve vegan meals at this point.

Sure there are.  I could list a whole bunch of them, but if you're not in Seattle, it wouldn't do you any good.

almost all sushi/japanese restaurants offer vegetable maki rolls and seaweed salads that are vegan

our church has restaurants in most every town, city and village on earth - no kidding - look at www.lalive.us - from there you can see restaurants  that only serve veggie stugg vegan friendly too.  don't know where on planet you are so this will have to do.  Hare Krishna!  a veggie Mom  :)
