Of course!, a lot, especially in Palma Bay (Palma, El Arenal, Palmanova, Magalluf) where almost all british and german youngsters stay. Also at the North, in Alcudia Bay, good and (some) extremely beautiful beaches (I recommend Ca'n Picafort, incredible beach). If you're young, you want go to discos and to sandy beaches, Palma's Bay is your choice. It's good for families, couples or friends as well. As I've said, there are many towns there.

Yes, it's popular with people of many ages...especially the younger set.  You will have a blast!  Follow Salva's advice.  He knows where the best beaches are.
