Yes.  If you're a woman, you'll be most comfortable going to A Woman's Touch which is in the Third Ward.

Men are welcome there too.  They have a very full line of men's pleasure products as well as women's.  

Almost all of the toys are out on display for you to touch, smell and try out.  By try out I mean you can turn them on and see how strong the vibration is, how they feel, etc.  

Another place is Naughty but Nice.  They're not as legit as A Woman's Touch and I doubt they are as open, but you don't feel dirty walking in there.
