No- sharks live in the ocean.

In 1932 two fisherman caught a shark in Lake Michigan. Although some people thought it a hoax, the photo was of a bull shark. These are known to be freshwater tolerant and are often found in rivers a long way from the sea.

There are a small number of genuine freshwater sharks. Known as the river sharks there are believed to be around 6 species, although they are all rare.
