    I have lived and worked in Honduras several times over the last ten years and have never had any shots or any  problems.I think it really depends on exactly where you will be traveling in the country....always better to error on the side of caution.

  3. I have lived in Honduras before and I have friends who travel there alot.

    I've never needed any shots.

    But...it could depend where you're going.

    You might look into it if youre going hiking or something.
