Are there any signs of being pregnant the day after?

because my stomach has been hurting ever since the day after me and my boyfriend slept on the couch.

personally i believe there is, i slept with my partner the day i ovulated and knew the next day i was pregnant as i was cramping, 2weeks and 2days later im still cramping and have had a positive pregnancy test :)

This is how you usually get pregnant:

1. you have your period

2. about two weeks AFTER you have your period, that's when you start to ovulate

3. If having s*x unprotected while ovulating, you may get pr egnant

4. your stomache wouldn't normally hurt the day after, since it takes about 2 weeks to truly be pregnant.

No there aren't. And btw.. you cant get pregnant from sleeping on a couch.

You're probably just stressed.  But, the day after I got pregnant with my first child, the room would spin and I had really bad dizzy spells, so you can have early symptoms.

the next couple days all I felt is twinges all over my abdomen, and then a cramps 5-6days later.

but I still hardly have any symptoms. i am just being sensitive about any kind of pressure on my lower belly.

Do you mean the day after conceiving? No, it would be way to soon for any physical signs.
