  1. eye exercises: no.  the exercises listed by other posters are designed to help those with CONVERGENCE INSUFFICIENCY, not myopia (which is what you likely have if you think you have bad "far-vision").  there is no eye exercise that improves myopia.

foods: no.  beta carotine (carrots) and antioxidants, etc etc help with maintaining good ocular health, but DO NOT redice myopia, no matter what you've heard.

sorry to be the bearer of bad news lol

  2. Yep. Hold two fingers up infront of your face..

One closer one further away, and focus on one and then the other and then the first one and then the other one... Do that a few times each day and the lens in your eye should become stronger so your eyesight may become better.

  3. Well, i dont think so? I want to know, I'm far-sighted!

  4. If you mean so that you won't need glasses, then no.

  5. I was told by my optician to do simple exercises like get a pencil and hold in 6 inches or so away from your face. make sure there is something like a picture or clock or something 5-10m away from you. focus on the tip of the pencil for 5 seconds, then without moving the pencil, focus on the picture, clock or wot ever for 5 seconds. do this 10 times and repeat 3/4 times a day.

    It helped me
