Are there any single or double deck black jack games with these rules or better left?

I'm wondering if anyone knows of any single or double deck blackjack games left in the USA that offer the following rules or better.

BJ pays 3-2

Can split up to 4 hands or more (except aces)

Can double down on split hands

Can double down on any two cards

The closest to this that I saw was in the dumpy area of Las Vegas at the Four Queens, El Cortez etc.

Single deck Blackjack, the game Super Fun 21 allows:  BJ paid automatically 1-1, split as many times as you want, double down on any hand, double down on any two cards.  Available at the Cannery, Palace Station, and others.  If it is in one Station Casino, it is in all.
