I'm not sure this is what you are after, but if you are looking for efforts government agencies are making to reduce their own impacts, the General Services Administration (GSA) has a page that provides an overview of services they offer to assist agencies in this area.  http://www.gsa.gov/Portal/gsa/ep/home.do...

    Specific agencies may also have information on their efforts on their sites, for example, to see what U.S. EPA has done http://www.epa.gov/greeningepa/index.htm

    If you want to know what a particular agency is doing, try going to their site and searching on energy conservation or green building.
