  1. YouTube actually has some TV shows if you know where to look, though most of the uploaded ones are usually Anime, or some of the more obscure shows (lesser known).

Google Video could also help a bit if you type in the exact show you're looking for.

What types of shows are you specifically looking for? It might be easier to help you look for sites if you tell us.

  2. yes - bbc iplayer, itv.co.uk and channel 4 catch up or 4oD

  3. After the very well publicised arrest (and extremely quiet dropping of all charges) the owner of the VERY well known tvlinks has now found a new home on

    www.tvlinks.cc

    Welcome back.

  4. Yes there is

    Here's two.

    http://tvshack.net/

    http://Nabolister.com

  5. yepp their is megavideo

  6. UK -

BBc Iplayer -http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/  - can download too

    ITc Catchup -http://www.itv.com/catchup/

    4OD - http://www.channel4.com/4od/index.html - can download too

    5OD - http://demand.five.tv/Home.aspx

Kangaroo - not out yet but is a combo of all of them.

    US

    ABC -http://abc.go.com/player/

Probs a few other but only get ABC in UK so only one i know of.

so no need to visit dodgy  sites, cos you cna do it legally by going straight to the channels site :D .

Ps cos of TV liscence Iplayer will only work in UK, dont know about hte others, ive not been aborad to test :P.

also smae goes for US sites nto working out of US.

mainly cos US gets the show a few days earlier, folks wouldnt watch 4 if they could wathc Lost online, for free, 2 days earlier.

  7. It all depends, if your show is on a major television network right now, then it will likely be on that networks website. For example Heroes 3rd season is starting this September, and they will be available for streaming the next day after that episode is shown on the air, (in the US at least).

As far as watch old movies/shows you can watch many of them at sites like Youku.com, tudou.com, 56.com, veoh.com, and Megavideo among many others. You can not however watch them legally on those sites, however most people don't care about the law, and watch shows on those sites anyway.

(Youku, Tudou, and 56 are all chineese websites, so they can be a bit hard to navigate around.

  8. Yep, there is a website which is called "livetv.com", where you can watch any countries channels 4 free.

  9. Yes, you go to the network website and choose the programs.  You can watch them online.  I still do it with shows I've missed.

  10. Here are some better ones than the ones above.

    www.freetvonline.com/

    www.freetube.com/

  11. www.sidereel.com

I watch episodes of House there that aren't on the TV here yet. The only trouble is that I got greedy and watched them all and now when they come on the tv I've already seen them!

They've got loads of stuff and it's all free, you don't have to download anything you just search for it and click on it and it plays on your pc.

There's nothing to download, you just look for what you want, and if it is there then you can watch it.

edit: I've just been there to check if it still works (haven't been there for a while) and some of the links don't seem to work.

Failing that you can download Limewire (if your anti-virus software is up to date!)

  12. Yes use this website to find the best search results.

  13. surfthechannel.com
