  1. i want a snake too.

but my mom is afraid, so i figured if i get one under 1 foot long she wont care.

i know of these small ones.

    Brahminy Blind Snake

    legless lizzards(thats sorta cheating though)

    wormsnake(15 inches)

small garden snakes(they are everywhere is texas)

ground skinks(lizzards but are close to snakes) these are ALMOST everywhere is the US east of texas

  2. i would think a grass snake. i've had a few of those in my day

  3. it means the monkey on your back with the cheese doodle wants to kiss the iguana named fred.

  4. the smallest snake is a garter snake (2 feet)

  5. There are plenty of snakes that don't get over a foot long (give or take a few inches) keeping them alive in captivity is the problem... too small to eat rodents, and too difficult trying to find and keep alive the things that they do eat. Garters can go well over 3 feet, so they don't meet your criteria...

  6. One of the few snakes that meet this in the trade, though not common are ring neck snakes, but some can reach almost 3 ft. Their diet consists of earth worms, insects, lizards, amphibians and fish. Larger ones will eat pinkie mice and small snakes.
