Try a local club as they normally have tables. It shouldnt be too hard to find but play on a table without scratches and surface should be perfect.

if you're in PJ, you can try places like 1 Snooker in 1Utama. They use to offer lessons there. Other places to play includes Caesar's Snooker (SS2 SongBird) and World Snooker (Damansara Jaya)

Subang/Sunway Area - Amantasia (Summit), Pyramid Snooker (Sunway Pyramid) and XZ (Bali Business)

Others - RedBall Snooker (Seri Kembangan)
