Then u can download ROMs of the games u wish to play....no way to convert it but the emulator is basically PC ps2

Yes u don't need to convert but instead you need to install psp emulators in ur pc to play psp games .

No.  This would require many, many hours of coding.  The two are completely different platforms.

No, it's virtually impossible. You will have to have years and years of training in programming to do such and it is even illegal for some games. I strongly recommend you do not participate in such act. You're better off buying PC games, not PS2 and then converting it to PC.
