Are there any south indian hotels (pref Andhra foods) or restaurants near Greens in Dubai?

We find it difficult to go to Karama every time for south indian dishes. Any areas in and around TECOM, InternetCity, Springs, Meadows, Greens, Media city, Barsha would be close for us to dine in for tiffins or lunch?
