One's height might usually depend on their genes, but I know that lifestyle choices can affect one's growth spurt as well. Besides the whole general balanced diet with fruits and veggies and exercising certain amount of time per week, are there specific exercises/stretches one can do to help them grow? What are they and how would they help? (If you know any sources to back it up, it will be greatly appreciated). How daily do you have to do these exercises/stretches in order for them to be effective in aiding one's growth? 10 points for best, thorough answer!! Thanks in advance.
