The logo has a brand name followed by a graphic. Can the trademark symbol appear after the brand name? does it have to appear after the graphic?

  1. Ideally, you will want to trademark both.

    When using your trademark in an ad or a poster or other medium where your name or logo may appear several times, the "rule" is that you only have to show the trademark symbol the FIRST time the logo/graphic is shown.
