  1. WARNING Sarah G is a troll for the Obama canpaign. I would suggest you block them . Check their profile and you will see every answer they give is the same and is promoting Obama's web site

  2. Gold.   Buy gold !!   That @sshole will crash our economy within the first 100 days.

  3. Republican presidents generally spend more on defense than Democrats, so if Obama were to win, this would likely hurt the stocks of suppliers to the military.  Also, if the Democrats talk of a plan for National Health Care, people might fear that such a plan would limit what health care providers can charge to an amount below what they are charging now.  This could hurt the stocks of health care companies.

  4. The one group which I certainly know will do well is personal injury attorneys. The likes of ambulance chasers such as John Edwards. But those are partnerships which you really cant invest in. Obama would most likely overturn much of the tort reform put in place by the Bush administration which tried to limit frivolous lawsuits. So personal injury attorneys should do quite well. Alternative energy providers may also do well as Obama moves wealth from oil companies to those which Obama deems worthy. Foreign stocks could also do well as Obama plunges us into a deep recession with his higher taxes on income, capital gains, dividends, and oil (helping to drive up the cost of energy in the US driving ever more manufacturing jobs overseas due to the lower cost of energy. Overall I see US stocks getting royally screwed over by an Obama presidency. Gold stocks might also do well with hyper-inflation an Obama presidency would bring. Very similar to the same that Jimmy Carter brought us.

As for McCain, I feel most stocks would do pretty well under his presidency. Lower corporate taxes and a more business friendly climate should help businesses overall.
