  1. nope not a one every state including Hawaii and Alaska are subject to tornadoes and a good portion to hurricanes. if you look close you can probably find seismic faults in most states. every country in the world occasionally has a tornado and/or hurricane. it's life. as it says in the Bible Book of Job;" man who is born of woman is of but few days and full of woe."

  2. Idaho . . . lived her all my life (18 years) and I haven't died yet.

  3. Honestly, no, there is not one state in the United States that does not have natural disasters. It's all part of the circle of life. No matter where you go, there will always be some sort of predicament. States in the north will have blizzards, and down in Florida where I live we get Hurricanes. In the south east, there are tornadoes, and in California, there are many earthquakes. Your best bet is to pick a natural disaster that you least mind, and move to state with that one.

  4. No, but Michigan appears to be the safest. See map:

  5. People die in every state from tornadoes, earthquakes, floods, landslides, snowstorms, heat waves, etc.  If it happens to you or someone close to you, its a natural disaster.  If it happens far away, it's news.

  6. alaska might be good ecept 4 the cold and snowstorm.

  7. NYC I know I know

  8. no.  alaska had a HUGE earthquake in the 60s, hawaii has volcanoes... everywhere else gets hurricanes, floods, tornadoes, earthquakes, snowstorms, wildfires... many places get many of the disasters.
