  1. Hello! I am a stay at home mom. I do work from my computer. You can't get rich quick, but you can make some real income. It does take a tiny amount to begin, but it isn't that much. I love what I am doing! It is a lot of fun. If you are interested in what I do, contact me at braylie@ymail.com. I am willing to show you step by step what I do! Thanks again!

  2. "If a company requires initial payment from you in order to work for them, they are not legitimate."

There are a few legitimate data entry companies but are not hiring and have large waiting lists (1-2yrs). The majority of data entry jobs you seen online are scams. A real company will want you to have skills inc fast typing, may want you to know MS Excel, and will usually ask that you have high speed internet. Once in a long while you may found one online on a job website but thats rare.

If you do an advanced search on yahoo, you will find previous answers, sometimes the info on these is good as the info they gave is likely to have been verified if the answer was voted as 'Best'.

  3. I only work outside my home as an Arbonne consultant 2 nights a week. Good money, nice products and I am with my kids all day.

  4. There are plenty of moms that stay home, and some that work outside the home like me but are building a business on the side. You can go to www.wahm.com (stands for work at home mom) for more info about finding something to do from home. I found the company I work with from their, and haven't turned back, you can check them out at www.thinkbiggerthanajob.info.

    Hope this helps,

    Trhonda

  6. that all depends on the kind of work you do and what your skills are. i have a 21 month old and i work from home full time. however, my job isn't from a "work from home" ad or anything like that. i am a program manager and i manage large projects for a big company, and all of the projects are in different cities globally so i am pretty much having conference calls all day. depending on your skill set, you can try and get a job and then after time you may be able to work from home once you are comfortable with the position, depending on the kind of work you are doing. good luck

  7. The work from home jobs that aren't scams actually require work on your part - and if you're in need of money soon then you're likely to be sorely disappointed in any of those as well. Most of the legit opportunities out there take time to build - so if someone makes an outrageous claim of income it probably isn't true ( and those that are true sure didn't make that kind of money when they first began ).

Time & effort required - but do your own research on what is best for you, don't take the advice of myself and others as gospel from this type of public website.

I have other ideas that may help - one of them is an online opportunity but another is one that will require a little effort to market yourself - try some data entry for local businesses, many of them don't have the time to do it in-house and will gladly pay someone else to do it. Professionals are a good place to start, lawyers, doctors, chiropractors, etc - they need their "in-house" folks doing other things rather than busy work.
