Are there any stores, online or that i can drive to, where I can get a updated map for my mio 230c GPS System?

I am looking to update my Mio GPS System with a pre loaded map, like the newest one i can get. I recently bought my GPS System less than a year ago, but also want to add Canada and new updated maps of the United States. And maybe more POI'S if there is a thing for that to, if so, where can i get it? Thank You!
