the only place i have ever found them are in the apple store. Check apple.com/uk for your nearest store

Not sure where you are based but the obvious choice is the Apple Retail Store. The one I've been to is based on Regent Street in London. Its just down the street from Oxford Circus tube on right-hand side. Exact address is 235 Regent Street, Westminster, London, W1B 2EL
