Ah to be 15 and bored again. You're probably too young to get a working permit, but ask your immediate neighbors if they may have any work around their property for you. Dog watching or washing; gardening, farm work or even cleaning.

I would make sure you get your Mom's approval first.

Other than that, the whole world can be found at a local library. You'll be surprised how much fun and experience you can get from books. You can learn how the world got to where it is today and who were major influences throughout the ages.  Books have the unique ability to put you inside someones else head and you can see what actually motivates people to do and act the way they do.   You can benefit from the mistakes and discoveries others have made before you. It's like living multiple lives.

Ask the librarian to make some suggestions as to what others your age have shown an interest in.

Fishing, sports and music are always fun, too. :)
