Are there any thing that can punch in the apartment?

Punching boxing bag will makes lots of noise to neighbors so do you know any good ones?

Try strapping a pillow (pillows if you're that strong) with non marking tape against your wall. Nothing comes close to the real deal fighting or even a moving punching bag, but for hand quickness and strength big pillows should work just fine...

If you are on the bottom floor, you can get one of those water filled standing bags.  They are not as good as a hanging bag but you don't have to install anything.  If you are not on the first floor, its probably not a great idea because it will move around and most likely be loud to your neighbors below.

You can also get some mitts if you have someone to punch with.  Training mitts and 16 oz. gloves are a good workout as long as you both have decent rhythm.
