I'm always looking for a bargain when it comes to clothes.

Depending what kind of store you like to go to there are lots of bargain stores.  This is Winnipeg, don't forget, home of the "can I get it cheaper?" mentality.  I like those stores because there are so many treasures that you can't find in the regular stores.

- Skroungers

- Value Village

There are lots more independent bargain/re-sale stores.  Try a Google search of "Winnipeg thrift stores" and you'll find lots, including contact information.
