Are there any travel teams for girls junior volleyball on long island?

Does anyone know of any travel teams for volleyball on long island? i want to tryout for one but i dont know of any.

No not really there is not any trips in volleyball all the way over there but because only people in the advanced places get to travel.

Academy is a really good team I was on it last year but couldn't tryout this year due to an injury.  However, I think they had their tryouts already.  They practice At StonyBrook, West Babylon, and Hills West. Their website is www.theislandvolleyballacademy.com

There is also long island Fury. they practice in center moriches.  I think you might have missed their tryouts too. Their website is www.longislandfury.com.  I also played a year on this team.

There's also long island united.  their tryouts are december 2nd.  Their website is www.liuntied.com.

And there's also liba (long island big apple volleyball club), I think they are done with their tryouts, but their website is www.libavb.org.

Another one is long islang blaze (www.liblaze.com).  They practice in center moriches and west hampton. Their coach also is the coordinator of South Bay Sportsplex and I think they are hosting a league for vb if you can't commit to a travel team in around january.



tryouts for club teams usually start mid november. so you should really begin looking for them in october next year.  Out of all of the clubs that I've seen in tournaments I would say that Academy and Fury are the best.  They are both fun and highly competitive.  Also most of their age brackets have a 1,2, or even 3 team based on skill making your chances of making at least one of the teams even better.
