Check the various film festivals in the Caribbean.... There's quite a few but you usually wouldn't see them in the USA you'd be more likely to see them in Europe or Canada....

Besides that if you're outside of the Caribbean you'd have to order one of the Caribbean stations from your Cable Company... They call it "International" and yet the Caribbean is just next door.
