  1. Bikes that operate on battery does not require license . However it might depend on your location.


  2. Not in the Uk as far as I am aware.

    If you are on private property then I think you can drive what you like, but on the public roads, then you have to obey the restrictions in place.

    Pavements cannot be used either.

    Basically if a minor is let out on the road, then they need to drive something which is able to keep up with the traffic (i.e at least 30 mph). If they drive anything slower then they are at risk since they will be holding up traffic and most drivers will do anything to get past.  

  3. Electric ones but this is not the ones sold at walmart or target.

  4. Some states have restricted licences for 15 year olds to ride scooters of 50cc or less.

  5. electric ones should be fine, although it is up to your local RTA, if its motorised they might try and make you register it

  6. It really depends on the state you live in.  Mopeds/scooters (50cc) may fall into this category and electric bikes are another possibility.  Motorized bicycles may or may not.  Check your local laws ...
