I went to school in Vietnam and I never met any. There CAN be a Vietnamese person named that but it doesn't sound like a traditional Vietnamese name

I just looked it up and it's actually a Gername surname

I'm Vietnamese and there is no vietnamese people have a name like that. I think it's a german name.

If you are sure of the spelling of the name, then no...  However, if it sounds like "kuhn", then it may be "Khuong"... a relatively common Vietnamese first name.
